Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
